This policy explains how Techtonomy LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"), handles information submitted through the interest survey on this website for the Techtonomy fleet-management waitlist.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the survey:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- City
- Number of Cybercabs you plan to own
How we use it
We use this information only to gauge interest in our service and to contact you about the Techtonomy fleet-management waitlist.
What we don't do
We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it with anyone for their marketing.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any of our emails to opt out.
Deleting your information
To have your information deleted, email us at techtonomyllc@gmail.com and we'll remove it.
Notice to Nevada residents
Under Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A), you may direct an operator not to sell covered information it has collected about you. We do not sell covered information. If you'd still like to submit an opt-out request, contact us at techtonomyllc@gmail.com.
Notice to California residents (CCPA and CalOPPA)
Categories we collect: identifiers (first name, last name and email address) and the other information you enter in the survey (your city, or your city and state if you live outside our listed cities, and the number of Cybercabs you plan to own). We collect it directly from you, only for the purposes described above, and keep it only as long as the waitlist is active or until you ask us to delete it.
No selling or sharing: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your rights: you can ask us what personal information we hold about you (right to know), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email techtonomyllc@gmail.com from the address you signed up with so we can verify the request. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can also review or update what you submitted by emailing us.
Do Not Track: this site doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics and doesn't track you across other websites, so it doesn't change how it works in response to Do Not Track browser signals.
Changes: if we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
